A location that lets you live the life you always desired.

More than just a subdivision

Holland Park is more than just a place to put your new home – it's a neighbourhood, which is located specifically for its surrounding homes, facilities, parks, golf courses, rivers, beaches.
It is a natural choice.

Travis Wetland

Nature Walks & Wildlife

Travis Wetland is an ecological restoration programme in the suburb of Burwood which won the "Urban Sustainability" category in the Green Ribbon Awards awarded by the Minister for the Environment.

Waitikiri Golf Course

Rated one of the top 3 courses in Canterbury & one of the top 15 courses in New Zealand, Waitikiri is a course of great character. It has undoubted aesthetic appeal with its wooded parkland setting encompassing a colourful and varied collection of trees.

Waimari Beach

Waimairi Beach connects all the way to the Christchurch Pier south, and to the Waimakariri river mouth north. It is a beautiful mainly untouched beach, that is safe for swimming and surfing, or perfect for long relaxing walks watching the sunrise.

Bottle Lake Forest

Biking, Walking & Nature Watching

Bottle Lake Forest is an amazing production forest and recreational park located in Christchurch. It has coastal and forest walks, mountain-bike tracks and horse-riding trails which are all shown on the Bottle Lake Forest Park map.

The subdivision is in zone for Waitakiri Primary School and partially the new shared site for Shirley Boys High School and Avonside Girls High School. The original block of land which was 9 Nederland avenue is physically included in the zones however titles came available after they set these so only houses 1 to 9 Nederland avenue are currently included. We have contacted the board of trustees of both schools to ask them to include the entire subdivision. This will be considered at their next zoning review in January 2021.

Living it up in the North East

At Holland Park, we believe a true community shouldn't be gated or fenced in – it should seamlessly meld into its surroundings. That's why we chose Christchurch's beautiful Burwood neighbourhood for our location.
